Buffalo Beauts

The Buffalo Beauts are a professional ice hockey team, based in downtown Buffalo’s HARBORCENTER, competing in the National Women’s Hockey League (NWHL). The Beauts were one of the NWHL’s inaugural teams, beginning play when the league was formed in 2015. The team won the Isobel Cup championship in the 2016-2017 season, and also advanced to the final in 2017-2018. Additionally, the Beauts hosted the NWHL’s first all-star game at HARBORCENTER during the 2015-2016 season. Terry and Kim Pegula acquired the Beauts in December 2017 and over saw the team’s run to the Isobel Cup Finals that year.
