GREGG BRANDON

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT & GENERAL COUNSEL

Brandon was promoted to Executive Vice President and General Counsel in March 2016, having joined the Bills as Vice President and General Counsel in August 2013. Brandon oversees all legal and human resource related matters for the Bills, Buffalo Sabres, Pegula Sports & Entertainment (PSE) and the PSE portfolio companies based in Western New York. In that capacity, he is responsible for providing legal support, advice and counsel to the above organizations. Prior to joining the Bills, Brandon served as Vice President and General Counsel for XOS Digital and Collegiate Images where he was directly responsible for all of the company’s legal matters and served as the company’s Corporate Secretary.  Previous to that experience, Brandon was in private practice with the law firms of Akerman Senterfitt and Howrey, LLP.  Brandon has also held positions with the NFL Management Council and NFL Properties which included roles at Super Bowl XXXIV and Super Bowl XXXV.  He earned his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law where he was a recipient of the Corporate Counsel Certificate and he has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami.  Brandon is admitted to practice law in New York, Florida and Texas.  Brandon serves on the Board of Directors of the Buffalo Bills Foundation.  He and his wife Stacey reside in Orchard Park with their son Chase and daughter Avery.
