Mark Preisler joined Pegula Sports and Entertainment in August 2014 as Executive Vice President of Media and Content.  In his role, Mark serves as PSE’s leader in all aspects of media and production, and is responsible for developing and maintaining key effective media relationships.  Mark also works with each department on the development of content across all PSE entities.

Mark joined PSE with an extensive background in production and media relations.  He most recently held the position of Executive Producer with the NHL Network.  In that role, he oversaw the creation of content to NHL platforms and directed all special programming at signature League events such as the Winter Classic, Stadium Series, All-Star Weekend, the Stanley Cup Final and NHL Draft.  Prior to his time with the NHL Network, Mark spent 12 years in multiple roles with ESPN.  He served as Coordinating Producer for the network’s flagship show, SportsCenter, the NFL franchise and ESPNEWS before leaving as Senior Coordinating Producer of Baseball Tonight.  Mark’s team won two Emmy Awards for its work on SportsCenter.  He also worked closely with ESPN’s sales and marketing teams to incrementally increase revenue through the development of new cross-platform initiatives, including the launching of SportsCenter and ESPNEWS in HD.

Mark is a graduate of Nichols School.  He earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Franklin & Marshal College in Lancaster, PA.  He lives in Amherst with his wife, Andrea, daughter, Francesca and twin boys, Charlie and Holden
